Anderson Equipment Company is a full-service heavy equipment sales, rental and maintenance facility with twenty locations along the east coast. This project involved the complete interior and selective exterior demolition of an existing 8,000 SF pre-engineered building, along with the creation of three new attached building sections. The total square footage of the additions was 12,600 SF which more than doubled the size of the existing building. The project included extensive site work including underground drainage, oil/water separation system, over 25,000 SF of new concrete apron, new pavement and landscaping.

The scope of work included selection of a design team, working with the owner to establish a final building design and budget, selection of the project construction team, securing of all necessary state and local permits, buy out of project, implementation and final completion of project on time and at budget.

The project was scheduled to take approximately 6 months to complete and despite a severe winter with very heavy snowstorms we completed the project on schedule and at the budgeted price with owner requested change orders.
