BARNES provided one (1) Pre-Engineered Metal Building System in 2 segments.
The first 22,344 SF Maintenance Building that included a Long Bay Purlin System with R30 Purlin Glide installation system in the roof. Metl-Span 3″ LT. Mesa insulated wall panels were also installed. Roof Panels are 24″ Double-Lok by MBCI.
The second segment, was a 7,896 SF Office Building with a 2nd floor mezzanine. The roof system is Long Bay Purlins with deck covered in EPDM. The wall panels are Metl-Span’s 3″ x 36″ wide architectural flat insulated panels installed horizontally & installed with field bent corners.
The Brewster Ambulance project won Metallic Building Company’s 2018 Top Category Excellence Award
