Workers from Barnes Buildings of Weymouth, Mass., set a roof beam on Tuesday as construction on the $15.7 million International Tennis Hall of Fame expansion continues in Newport. The project consists of two buildings, one 21,000 square feet, the other 16,000 square feet.
